For portability and up to PS1 games you can't go wrong with either miyoo mini plus or rg 35xx. Landscape portables my choice is the retroid pocket 3+, it can play psp games upscaled perfectly and can even play some ps2 & GC games. RG 353 ps is also a good option if you want a landscape console with a 4:3 screen.
