Have an s15i worked great for a year. They pushed an update and the screen starting having trouble. Called and they replaced the console. That caused the incline/decline to work backwards. Called again and they are sending me a brand new bike and even upgraded to the 2022 s22I for 300.00 price difference in the two models.The NordicTrack s15i is a great exercise bike for interval training. Help line ran through diagnostics with me on a video call app, and determined that it was a bad resistance motor. They shipped one out in a week and I replaced it myself.
