The issue is around allergies and chronic conditions (anemia, eczema, migraines, etc). Sims will get diagnosed with one and then nothing. I know you can cheat to remove all chronic conditions. I did that recently because I was tired of all my Sims having asthma. All of them.My sim only ever get some form of depression (post partum or seasonal) , allergies, or a cold. I’ve even had my sim be a chain smoker, smoking and drinking during pregnancy, and noting. It’s seems so difficult to explore this mod to its fullest potential.If you shift click your sim and click through the cheats menu you should see the healthcare mod option.
